Book of Shadows

Now, a Book of Shadows is a very personal thing,
and there are a lot of opinions about what they should be - opinions that more than cross
the spectrum of possibilities. My approach is a series of 3-ring binders, each
binder covering a certain topic. Working with my information this way allows me to
expand, contract or rearrange my information, and makes it easier to find stuff, too! |
| Most importantly, a book of shadows should be meaningful and useful to you, regardless
of what you've read or heard. I know from experience that there's definitely an urge
amongst some of us to "accessorize" when it comes to our spiritual tools.
Heck, just a quick look at the Wiccan listings on eBay will show you a
booming market for Books of Shadows! Some of the Books I've seen end up selling for
several hundred dollars! Now, if that's what you'd like to do, go for it! :)
I understand the need to have something nice. For myself, I think I'll just
stick to three-ring binders. I really don't think the Goddess/God mind a whit!
